C.E.E.I. elaborates and produces all electrical equipment and fittings for mechanical earth-movers and machinery adopted in the sectors of agriculture, building and roadwork. C.E.E.I. produces various leveling system models: slide, ultrasound, inclinometer and accessories such as electric accelerators, ignition systems; electric steering; reversing sirens; rotary tracking sensors for brands like BITELLI, DYNAPAC, AMMANN, VOGELE, BOMAG, MARINI, CATERPILLAR. Cozum Makina is the authorized distributor for Turkey, Turkic Republics and Middle East. C.E.E.I. brings high quality with lowest prices. Leveling System C.E.E.I. provides two kinds of automatic leveling systems: sliding & sonic. They are compatible with the asphalt pavers of all brands. Due to its adjustable sensitivity settings, they can be used from rough to precise operations. Leveling system can use string line as reference instead of ground. To switch the machine to string line sensing you have to detach ground sensing arm and replace it with string line sensing arm for the sliding leveling systems. Sonic leveling systems have advanced sensors; therefore they can detect string line automatically and operate without requiring any change. Inclinometer Inclinometer with advanced slope sensor can measure the cross slope of the road with %0.05 precision. Digital screen allow us to set desired slope easily. Inclinometer preserves the slope set by the operator throughout the operation. Due to magnetic support beneath inclinometer, it can be fixed easily on any metal surface. Inclinometer has to be calibrated with the reference surface. Afterwards the change in slope will be detected and valves of hydraulic cylinders will be activated and change the slope of working tool. Ultrasonic sensor (BAT) The ultrasonic sensor reads the parameters to keep the bituminous compound at the chosen height according to operational speed and feed rate. It adjusts the speed of auger blades and so it ensures that the bituminous compound is carried to the sides steadily. Therefore it prevents asphalt surface defects caused by bituminous compound shortage. By stopping the auger blades automatically it saves energy. BAT ultrasonic sensors are easy to install and use, require minimum maintenance and have low cost.
