Specification: The cone crusher is suitable for use in a wide range of applications that involves ores and rocks of medium hardness and above. As compared to the jaw crusher, the cone crusher has the advantage of having a stable structure, high efficiency, easy adjustment, and economical operation. The machine is fitted with a spring safety system that ensures that there is no damage inflicted on the cone crusher during the passage of metal through the cone crusher. The safety spring system protects the cone crusher against overloading. The crushing chamber is chosen according to the size of the materials being crushed as well as their degree of fineness. For crushing materials of medium hardness, the PYB type (standard type) machine is used. Fine materials are effectively crushed using the short head type. The main crusher used in a mine or ore processing plant is the gyratory cone crusher which can be used for both primary and secondary crushing. Gyratory cone crushers are designated sizes according to the gape and mantle diameter or by the size of the receiving opening. There is a gap between the mantle line (movable) mounted in the central vertical spindle and the concave liners (fixed) mounted in the main frame of the crusher. Cone crush machine crushes rocks and ores by closing the gap. The opening and closing of gap is made by an eccentric on the bottom of the spindle which caused the central vertical spindle to gyrate. The vertical spindle is free to rotate around its own axis. The crusher illustrated refers to the short-shaft suspended spindle type. The differences between short-shaft suspended spindle type and long-shaft type is that the main shaft of the former is suspended at the top and that its eccentric is mounted above the gear. Application of Cone Crusher Our cone crusher can be used in construction, road building, metallurgy, chemical and phosphatic industry, etc. It can crush iron ores, copper ores, limestone, quartz, granite, frit stone and rocks and ores of medium and low hardness. The crushing cavity type is determined by the application of the ores. For PYZ (Secondary crush), standard type machine is used while for PYD (tertiary crush), the middle type machine is used. The short-head type is used for primary and secondary crushing.
