Upload Stock list
As an Equipment Dealer, you may find it difficult to post your huge list of equipment one after another at EveryMachinery.com. We at EveryMachinery have come up with a simple, fast and effective solution to upload your stocklist as a whole. Follow the below steps and get all your equipments listed in minutes for FREE.

Step 1 :

Download Excel File

Step 2 :

Open the file, add your equipments with all required fields. (Please see the screenshot below)

1. Category - Enter the category of the equipment
2. SubCategory - Enter the subcategory of the equipment
3. MAKE - Enter the equipment manufacturer
4. MODEL - Enter the model of the equipment
5. Year - Enter the year of manufacturing
6. Serial(Optional) - Enter the serial number of the equipment
7. Price(Optional) - Enter the equipment price

Filling Category & SubCategory fields
Inside that excel file, there is another sheet called "CATEGOREIS" which contain the list of Category Names and SubCategory Names. You must only enter the category, subcategory names as exactly given in the "CATEGORIES" sheet. Please refer the below screenshot for more..

Step 3 :

Upload your Excel File

After uploading your stocklist, email us the respective photos of your equipments to support@everymachinery.com mentioning your username. Please provide a descriptive name for the photos.

Basic members: Please send only a single photo per equipment.

NOTE: If you have any difficulties in uploading your stocklist, please send your stocklist to support@everymachinery.com mentioning your username, so that we would finish the steps and upload your stocklist for you.
