Manufacturing of all parts shall be executed under the best quality control and on proper progress schedule. We do manufacturing, drilling, cutting , welding, Sandblasting and shipment. Drilling for bolt holes shall be carried out by a CNC profile drilling line, a radial boring machine and an occasional portable drilling machine. The cutting with a shear cutting machine or hand gas cutting may be used for the small pieces such as for plates thinner 12mm and in this both cases, edges shall be finished smooth and nearly with a grinder. For cutting of the shaped steel, it is preferable to apply an angle or a saving machine. Edge of cutting shall be finished smoothly.
